This should be entertaining for a few decades. With Russia talking about using Cuba and Venezuela again as forward-operating bases, we could be in for some times. Should be interesting. Â Â Or during the 1950's when US funded Radio Liberty encouraged Eastern Europe to rebel and then the US did nothing when the Soviets invaded. I'm seeing a pattern here, one not so much confined to one administration, more about the nature of international politics and how the pawns are expendable.
