WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

163... Yeesh! Bill, you make me sick to my stomach.

Well I'M TRYING...., it can be a little hard to hear my wife of 28 years grab a patch of arm and after shaking around and examining it critically exclaim "What happened here? It's all soft, what happened to the Billy I married? "

This morning she was saying "Honey, you're all wrinkly!" I told her it was just age and was starting to get into the full description of such when she interrupted to my relief and added: "I'm only talkin' about your shirt being all wrinkly." :lmao:

Okay, enough political wrangling!

133.5 lbs today - lack of icecream and frenchfries in my diet.

My scale says 17% bodyfat but hydration makes a difference.

9/5/2007 - 208

9/5/2008 - 180

10 more to go...

Yet another person who's making me sick to my stomach.

Your goal is the same as mine, but I'm not doing much about getting there. At least I started closer to where I want to be than you did. :provoke::)

Is there any way to correct those electronic body fat scales?

Even a caliper evaluation is better. Studies show the worst error with a caliper eval is 3%. I arranged for a hydro tank evaluation.

Okay, I am not one for New Year Resolutions but a few folks expressed interest in reviving this thread.

Any takers?

How about an update from folks that posted last year?
