WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

"all we are is dust in the wind, dude"

and pay Will Ferrell in advance to be there and sing it. That way when your friends show up for your funeral and see Will there, they will be like "Man, my buddy was cooler than I thought"

I noticed he also liked 5K's "O, Fortuna!" suggestion, I might go that route. I kind of feel like I'm wearing that lead apron they put on you for dental x rays.

This was suggested by my father-in-law for his funeral. Of course the other sister, not the one I'm married to, would have none of it.

Don't desire a service,  but I'm kind of partial to Brian Eno's, 'an ending (ascent)'.

If I die in the mountains by avalanche (not my plan btw), i would hope there would be a lessons learned discussion concerning the f-up I made by my peers on line. Don't hold back on my account.:argue:

I would also hope that nwac would respect my wishes and let my Bro's do any formal analysis in feet and inches so any report could be understood, you know, in this country :D

Irishmen typically go out with a party.:brew:

"This music was originally recorded in 1983 for a feature-length documentary movie called "Apollo" later retitled For All Mankind, directed by Al Reinert."

you all have some interesting threads here.

This is much more true than you could ever imagine @Chris Hopkins.

Judging by your response above, I think you'll fit right in.
