skykilo
What blows my mind is how many people I see skiing on clown shoes and looking like shit. If they make it easier, shouldn't the people on them look like they're skiing well?

crazy_t
I like the clown shoes terminology, I did feel funny looking wearing them, especially in my old Lasers. Edited January 17, 2008 by crazy_t

crazy_t
Tried them sunday washington pass area (heli). Pretty deep, not epic deep or light. It felt a lot like surfing on snow (snowboarding? wouldn't know), good power as well as responsiveness. I'd limit use to deeper snow to be sure, can't really see myself skinning with them though. letsroll
I looked at those, but decided the snow around here just does not warrent them. Went with a fat ski that I can tour with.
