layton Posted October 23, 2007 Share Posted October 23, 2007 I have never had it, but it's an aggrevated bundle o' nerves along your metatarsal. M/C cause is your shoes are too narrow or you've lost your anterior arch. Try a met-head pad and wider shoes, ice it and see if that works.
