We generate sales locally and online from our website, www.backcountrygear.com. We are searching for a Customer Service Rep that has a passion for the outdoors. We need someone that loves to use the gear that we sell. Our company is looking for an exceptional person to provide customer service (via phone and email) for our website, Backcountrygear.com. Experience with outdoor equipment and clothing, plus personal experience backpacking, climbing, and/or outdoor exploration is required. As it was stated earlier, the people who work here need to utilize the gear in which we specialize. We look for employees who can provide excellent customer service, demonstrate respect and support for their coworkers, and who are passionate about the outdoors. Candidates must be computer savvy, work well under pressure, able to type efficiently, and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone. Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, from 9AM to 6PM.
