Trip Advice?!?!?

Hi everyone,

I am headed out to Washington and Oregon in early September with my girlfriend to do some climbing and hiking. We are doing Mt. Saint Helens early in the trip but I am looking for a little something toward the end of the trip. I am experienced as far as mountaineering goes but she hasn't done any. I would like to do something she can be proud of doing but won't be too difficult for her. Something that will take less than a day. If it requires ice axe and crampons that is ok. I was thinking about Adam's or Baker but don't want to drive back through the same scenery to get to Adams and not sure if we would have to rope up on Baker for crevases. Anyway I am open to any suggestions of good peaks, routes, and even hikes. We will be around the Seattle, Ranier, Olympic Penn. areas at the end of our trip. Thanks in advance for your advice!
