I asked to barrow a socket wrench once because I had a flat, and basically they told me to go fuck myself.... which I almost did pushing my friggin bike 6 miles home... Bastards... Yeah I have had a similar experience. Also they are pretty cheap bastards when it comes to buying stuff and overpriced when it comes to selling it, I guess that is business.
