I placed an order 2 weeks ago, got a confirmation email, but never actually got anything charged or shipped... I emailed and got no response. Then called office number on their page and got a bunch of full voicemails that wouldn't let me leave a message. Basically, I couldn't get anyone. So... carolyn Posted January 16, 2007 Share Posted January 16, 2007 I had to order some frontpoints for my rambos, which I couldnt find online for the life of me. I called and spoke with mike? He was very pleasant and helpul. I had my frontpoints within a few days. I think his name is listed on the initial message directory. Mark's not as involved in the day-to-day running as he used to be. He as a business manager and a fulfillment guy keeping the shop going.
