Sounds like a lot of bushwacking and getting very wet. They ended up sending a new route. When I get back home I will look to see how they approached it. AlpineK Posted January 6, 2007 Share Posted January 6, 2007 My dad climbed Waddington back in the 50s. Here's the route they took. Float plane from Vancouver Island to Ghost Lake. From there they descended to the Tiedman and thus up to Rainy Knob. From there they climbed the standard route on Wad.
