JayB
Wow that's a pretty cool pad. Probably the optimal shelter for that part of the world, at least in terms of energy-efficiency.
hakioawa
Yeah, but does it have a moat?
JayB
This place was pretty cool, but not for sale:
G-spotter
Surrounded by BLM land. Have fun when they start drilling for oil! You'll wish then that you'd bought in the gated community where the only unsightly noises are leaf blowers and your neighbour sexually harassing his maid. Cobra_Commander
there appears to be some kind of flame thrower attached to the roof on that last one. Is that some dragon head that breathes fire when the doorbell rings?
JayB
Pretty much. Worth visting if you are ever in South-Central Colorado (not terribly far from the Crestone Group).
G-spotter
Way to flaunt your Viking roots, with a longship-Dragonslayer-stone hut theme. I bet that'd go over huge in Minnesota, or Poulsbo for that matter.
jordop
$679K and BagEnd is yours! Looks like the kitchen has a sick 5.14 clip fest coming up that arete over the kitchen table
snugtop
I hope whoever buys that place has long golden braids.
Off_White
Depending on the shape, 110 acres can provide a pretty reasonable buffer. Making an income there that will pay your mortgage is an entirely different matter.
G-spotter
That place needs some BURNINATE, snugs
snugtop
The peasants swim in the moat when they catch on fire.
Cobra_Commander
The window above the door appears to be ideally situated for pouring boiling oil on jehovah's witnesses. I might recommend a portcullis to keep out the girl scouts (who seem to be impervious to boiling oil) when the owners get around to the remodel.
