I call him back to tell him I already made plans, when he answers and I hear "beep beep boop beep" and realize he's trying to make a phone call so I yell "FRED! I'm on the phone" Not that I don't like Fred, he's the best, I just wish he didn't own a cell phone and would make plans a bit more than a day in advance.
