glennm
Any beta on skiing some of the less traveled routes on Rainier such as Success glacier couloirs, Nisqually Gibralter Chute, Kautz Cleaver etc?
Ed_Hobbick
I don't know but I'll go. If there is a feasable route, of course.
Backcountry
I believe that if you go to http://www.crevasse.com you can see a picture that Mike Gauthier has of a climbing ranger dropping into the Nis-Gib chute on a snowboard. He'd be an excellent resource if you found him to ask about some nice lines on the mtn.

glennm
Thanks Backcountry. Mike Gauthier has provided me a wealth of information on good descents on Rainier. I was fishing for some additional perspectives.
