WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

Are flats OK?

Recommended Posts

girlfriend,

you're on the right track. puhleeze ween yourself off those high heeled spikes. they can impact your climbing in a deleterious way. at the office, flats will keep your calf muscles flexy & loose. just one caveat: don't wear black hose with light shoes.

Flats are ok if you are over 5'9" and don't want to intimidate your man.

Hope that helps, Peter! wave.gif

Flat's are fine if they've got a nice smile. You'll won't be able to use them as social bling as much as the curvier models, but often they make up for that with an engaging personality

Nothing revs me up like a woman who is taller than me flat footed...and then she throws on five inch heels! Oh to dream of my amazon queen!
