ryanb Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 First post here, some of you might know me from the real world. My landlord up and passed on and I need a home for myself and a sweet garage climbing wall by the end of April. The climbing wall is a slick self supporting, steal track mounted, variable angel/configuration design hawk b (current housemate; sure somebody on here knows him and can vouch he would only build an awesome wall...) and I came up with. It requires a 10+ foot tall, 14 foot wide and 8 foot deep space and was built to allow system and campus training and have enough surface/variability to keep a long session interesting. It is currently located in the U district in Seattle, near Pro Mountain Sports and will require a few people and a truck to move. I am a generally quiet and responsible 24 year old, male, math geek/trad climber who's down with occasional blowout and frequent bouldeirng / training sessions. Looking to pay $3-600 bucks in rent depending on amenities/utilities. I will consider homes for just me or just the wall. I will be out of town (thinking smith...) for the end of this week but drop me a PM and I will reply by Monday. Quote
