It's black, has some sort of durable rubber/plastic outer, metal hardware, and closed cell foam to protect the merchandise inside. Well made, ala Patagonia style. It can hold at least 4 pairs of skis, or a few snowboards. Perfect for a family, or ski team, etc. I just didn't use. Protect your ski investment for $75.
