Brand new. This is an awesome storm shell. Lightweight but super bombproof (weighs 1lb 1oz). I've worn it less than 5 times, enough to know I like it. Full-coverage, integral hood that is helmet worthy! Watertight zippers, laminated adjustable cuffs with extra long arms (good for ice climbing!)
