Dru
What do you call it when you make an Americano but instead of diluting the espresso with water, you use drip coffee? I've always called these things "depth charges" but lately I have beenmeeting baristas who don't seem to have ever heard the term

Harkin_Banks
What makes it a dutch oven is pulling the covers over the unsuspecting prey until they vomit

Alpinfox
somebody PMed me that a depth charge is a shot of whiskey dropped into a pint glass of Guinness, but I've always heard that called a boilermaker  I think that's an "Irish Carbomb" or something like that.   edit: Belfast carbomb = 1/2 shot whiskey, 1/2 shot Bailey's Irish Cream, drop shot into pint O' Guiness, finish immediately. Boilermaker = 1.5oz whiskey dropped into 12oz beer. Edited February 14, 2005 by Alpinfox

Gidget
YES, th at is what it is. I knew there was a name for that. I had an Italian co-worker who used to drag me out to bars and make me do those. He could not beleive that me being Irish had never heard of them before.
