mette
Hi there- I'm working on a woodcut for a friend's wedding anniversary. She would like me to include scenery from the backcountry at Crystal. Specifically, Silver King mountain. I've never been there and am having trouble finding good photos for reference/inspiration. Anybody out there have some I can look at for sketching? Thanks! Stretch75
Go to www.skicrystal.com and get the trail map. It's a drawn map, but has decent depth, given the map... might help you out --Stretch
Stretch75
I'm hiking crystal on thursday( 10th ) this week; if you want to join, you can take some pix along the way...
mette
Thanks, that's a wonderful offer. First hand experience is certainly the best way to do these projects. However, I do have to work that day and I'm hoping to do this portion of the project without a day-long fieldtrip. I have the trail map you recommended and it's a start... Thanks for your input!
