Beckey Posted April 16, 2004 Share Posted April 16, 2004 Hello, I am posting this for my friend as he asked several times. ------------------ Looking for roomates to rent\share his house in the Lake City area. This is a very nice house with a garage and driveway for parking away from the main streets. There is a jet tub in the master bedroom which I believe Fred is making the option to rent out. The house also has another entrance and living area upstairs that is currently rented. There is a fireplace in the downstairs, washer and dryer I believe I saw and if not room for them, a small fenced back yard, refrigerator and not much furniture currently there. I think the idea is to rent the master bedroom out. There is another bathroom as well and the master bedroom with bathroom is probably expected to be consumed\used by the renter.
