I am 5'6" and it fits me perfectly. It is rated to 30 degrees Farenheit. The insulation is PolarGuard Delta. It has a full-length zipper. It has been used only half a dozen times, and it is in excellent condition. It retails for $145. Asking $85. Seattle area.
