A lot of them are the dead puppets of three or four still very active individuals. A number of others belong to someone persona non grata for life. All told, I'd guess there are no more than a dozen individual human beings involved in that entire list of banned users, and I think several are coming back soon. The general consensus there was that "the Offended" would be the final judge of what would be deemed offensive. That was about it for me...
