what are you talking about? cant you be a little more specific even ifn no one understand anatomy?

 

but that shit aside. stay hydrated. rest the muscle and take some anti imflamatory shit. i personally thing range of motion exercies is good as long as it dont hurt. keep exercising other parts of your body. eat right. sleep well. think 'recovery mode' so you dont reinjure your self. good luck.

Is it a tendon or muscle injury?

 

My wife had four extensor tendons for her wrist and fingers severed a year ago in a car vs bicycle accident madgo_ron.gif. I can probably dig up her rehab schedule when she gets back in a week or so. PM me to remind me if you are interested.
