presto8
I am thinking about sewing my own sleeping bag (quilt, really), following these instructions I would like to use Primaloft but can't find a place to buy sheets of raw Primaloft. I tried asking the manufacturer, but no luck there... Any pointers on where to order insulation? And any advice on the design of this sleeping quilt? Seems pretty simple, light, and cheap. Thanks... philfort
I'm pretty sure I bought primaloft at Seattle Fabrics once, but I don't see it on their website... oh wait, it was Lite Loft I bought, not primaloft. Kevin_Ristau
Try Altus Mountain Gear in Vancouver - across the street from the Co-op. He used the piles of the stuff to dress up his window displays for X-mas last year. Primaloft is reputably hard to work with - it is very slippery. Good Luck
Dr_Flash_Amazing
Perhaps the Green Pepper, in Eugene, or Outdoor Wilderness Fabrics in Wyoming (both have websites where you can order a catalog).
