AllYouCanEat Posted February 12, 2001 Share Posted February 12, 2001 A few friends and I skied from the summit of Shuksan new years day. The ski from the summit of the pyrimaid was thin and icy. Without a rope the top was kind of tricky and everyone else turned around 30 feet from the top. We didn't use a rope but I would recommend using something. You can ski off the climbers left shoulder off the summit, but climbing up that way was hard. There was very little cover.
