TR: NO Cascades Part II

Being lazy and after failing on some other peak due to other factors I hiked up the easy trail to Trapper's Peak yesterday in sunshine.

 

Snow level starts around 4000 feet there. Still about 3-4 feet of snow out there. Thornton Lakes frozen and Mt Triumph looking less snowy. Picket Range looked cool.

 

There's a lot of snow on the East side of Triumph. I'm gonna wait 3-4 weeks if I go back there to climb it. That way I can sneaker my way in with dry feet.
