A Positive Experience on Rainier...

...after all the Dan - Shit going down.

I went up to Camp Muir yesterday for the first time and skied down.

It was nice, quiet, and fucking cool.

The day was blue-fucking-bird, baby!

One other guy was up there ahead of me.

It was my first ski run of the season (and it showed in my grace smirk.gif).

Some clouds rolled in from the South as I started my descent; snow was hard and nice from about 9,000' to about 6,500'. Just like groomers.

That bitch, better known as the Nisqually Glacier tried to lure me into her clutches amidst the cloudbank I skied into above Pan Point, but Mr. Trusty Compass foiled her plot.

Below Pan Point it was slush-city.

Finished it all off with an "Overload" burger at the Scale Shack in scenic Elbe.

P.S. Thanks to Lisa at Marmot for selling me those glacier glasses - they be phuckin' pimp!
