max Posted November 8, 2019 Author Share Posted November 8, 2019 I'm a PLB guy now. Used to scoff at them, but now I just consider it an extra margin. Still need to have other safety systems in place, but when used in conjunction with a designated reporter, would significantly incrase the chance of a timely rescue.
