Potential Goldmine?

Goldmine? I am not so sure. It is not as easy as you think. Case in point: Tacoma does have a full-on rock gym Edgeworks has been open for a while now:

Running a business is never easy, and takes a lot of money up front. It takes time, money, and effort to get the word out and get people through the door. That is not to say that a gym would not do wellin the Auburn/Kent/Renton valley, but it takes more than a lot of potential customers to make things fly.
