sampdx Posted February 14, 2018 Share Posted February 14, 2018 I'd love to see an accident forum on here where people can report accidents and fill in a template re: common data points like points covered in Accident in NA Mountaineering. The template could have fields to prompt thought process, such as causes (drop-down, multi-select list i.e. exceeding abilities, hubris, gear broke, etc., and a freeform field for additional data), location, time of year, etc. It'd be a great bank of knowledge, much like Accidents in NA Mountaineering, but searchable. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
