Bump for a warm winter boot
-
-
I'm interested in heading up to the chilliwack fri-sun for the Direct north buttress of Bear Mtn and was thinking I might find a partner who has also had this on their radar for a while. Weather looks good Saturday and Sunday with the approach on Friday being potentially wet. I am open to approaching from US or Canada.

Trangos are gone

Anybody want to climb at index tomorrow? I can drive from Seattle. I'm most keen on checking out Centerfold but am up for anything.

Bump. If someone in the Seattle area wants the Trangos they are free if you can pick them up.

Brand new (never worn) ASOLO AFS 8000 size 47 1/2 (13) $150 obo.
Very used La Sportiva Trangos size 45 1/2. These are still in pretty good shape and have a recent resole. $50 obo.

I've got a pair of practically new La Sportiva Boulder X Mids size 46. It's a nice gore-tex approach shoe but is a little big for me. Worn on one low-mileage approach. I'd like to get $100 for these. You pay shipping from Seattle.

I am selling a pair of La Sportiva Spantiks size 46. I would like to get $350 (you pay shipping from Seattle). The boots are in great condition. They have only been used a handful of times. I bought them used recently and am selling them because I need at least a half larger size (if anyone by chance needs to downsize from a 46.5 I would love to swap). Shoot me an email if you're interested. c.cox.42@gmail.com

I'm looking for a pair of BD Titan or Fusion mixed picks in reasonable shape. Alternatively, I keep the picks I've got in which case I could use a single Titan, fusion, or laser to be used as a spare. PM me if you have picks lying around and want to help me out today.
Ice partners MT/WY or Rd trip from WA 11/28-12/7
in Climbing Partners

I'm looking for partners for a last minute ice climbing road trip from Seattle to MT/WY. I have off 11/28 to 12/7 and would love to spend as much of that time as possible climbing ice. Ideally I could find a partner in Washington that wants to go for the whole week but am also open to a shorter trip if necessary. As this is pretty last minute, I don't anticipate finding a road trip partner so I would also be excited to hear from anyone that will already be in MT/WY and looking for partners.
I have a VW vanagon with a heater that I was planning on sleeping in for much of the time but would also consider splitting hotels if the winter van experience doesn't sound appealing. I have all necessary climbing and ski/avi gear. Let me know if this interests you or if you want to talk details.
Cheers,
Chris
