Hey I live in Portland and love climbing in the Oregon Cascades. I just found 2 guys via this site that are Oregon climbers. We are headed to the Sisters wilderness this weekend to climb.

Ok so I just attempted the marathon with an overnight stay (due to late start out of PDX) on Middle. I am seeking a few details about North from you. So, I headed up the SE ridge of North and saw where it met up with the S ridge. I then headed as best I could to the summit but got hung up exactly where you made the terrible traverse. I could not see a non-sketchy way to the top and I was alone (didn't want to take any chances). Am I correct in saying that from the S ridge, you take that traverse to the north side of the summit and come from the backside up to the top of the summit?

Hello everyone! I am a 27 YO male seeking an alpine climbing partner who preferably lives in Portland. I have climbed St. Helens, Adams and Shuksan. I just got done with a 6-day glacier mountaineering course in the North Cascades so I am fresh with knowledge and looking to keep sharpening my skills. I am looking for someone who is around the same age and can match my athleticism. I am also a solid rock climber and skiier (just got my AT setup this past spring). No planned climbs at this point.
