Looking for a partner summit Rainier via Disappointment Cleaver some two to three days between Friday, 8/21, and Thursday 8/27. I prefer not to be on the mountain during the weekend. Any takers?

I'm looking for a partner to join me on Rainier's Disappointment Cleaver. Weather permitting, I would like to start early Monday, 8/17, and summit Tuesday. I'm happy to spend another night at Camp Muir or exit on Tuesday. I have lots of rock climbing experience in the Rockies, Sierras, Yosemite, to name a few. I have summited every Colorado 14er and many in California. However, my glacier experience is limited to the little ones in CA and a failed summit attempt up Kautz Glacier three years ago (turned around 1000 feet from the summit). I arrive in Seattle on Sunday, 8/16, and will be ready to head south by mid-afternoon. Let me know. Stephen
