myself and two friends are wanting to do rainier at the end of summer (around august 20th) with someone who has some experience on the mountain. if any of you guys would like to accompany us, that would be just awesome. all of our experience is colorado 14ers (summer and winter), as well as a little of technical rock and ice climbing. we are all 21-22 in age, seniors at A&M, in very good shape, and have all our own gear. really wanting to get this trip together, anyone interested let me know!

My friends and I (4 total - 3 guys, 1 girl) are really wanting to come attempt a summit of Rainier this August. Unfortunately we cannot afford a guide because we are all broke college students. We were just going to go without a guide, but the girl in our group's dad does NOT want her going without a guide, and we want to respect that. So we are looking for an experienced climber to come along with us, someone who has experience with crevasse rescue and glacier travel, etc. and is also really awesome. Our alpine experience mostly consists of summer and winter climbs of Colorado's 14ers. A few of us already have experience in glacier travel and ice climbing, we have all of our own gear, including ropes, and plan on getting more experience this summer. If anyone is up for this, please let me know! Peace and love
