So the DAS has:
Insulation: 170-g PrimaLoft® One in the body; 133-g PrimaLoft One in the hood and sleeves. And weighs 737 Grams (medium?)
The Tango has:
Insulation: PrimaLoft® One: 200g in the body for maximum core warmth, 133g in the underarms, collar, and back hem,100g in the arms and hood for mobility. And weighs 800 grams in medium...
So given the DAS is $300 US and the Tango is $260 US, is the DAS worth the lower weight/lower warmth? Or is it just Patagonias name that gets you that price tag? I don't know how much a sacrifice 67 grams is as far as going light is...but at $40 more for less weight, the Tango seems like a better choice.
Is it because it's only available in Canada and by mailorder, that the Tango isn't more popular?
Thanks!
