  1. When I swam 4-6 hours a day I had a heart rate like that. Even now it is on the low side and my blood pressure readings are usually no higher than 105/60 tops. I've been told by all the "know-it-alls" though that I must have a bad heart. The doc has never said anything though.
  2. Okay, I've ramped up my efforts and just consumed three (large) pieces of anniversary cake . . . However, I feel so sick, this might end up being counterproductive.
  3. So I am just joining: Avacadoes and Fritos. Lots of avacadoes and Fritos. 8 lbs. in the last 3-4 months. Does that put me in the running? I'll add the torta if it helps. That does sound good.
