Matt forgot to mention one of the most important details of the trip... Although we managed to properly stash our beer in the creek, we left our socks out in the open at camp. Matt went to bed with four socks laying out to dry. There were only three socks when we woke up in the morning. Despite a massive search on Sunday morning, no sock was found. I believe this may always remain a mystery. And if you happen to find a lone sock in the Squire Creek area, it is not what you think.

Thursday is going to be rainy day in Seattle--that means it'll be a perfect day to watch a climbing movie win some prizes! Call OR at 206-971-1496 to get your ticket! This Thursday we will have a $2 pint night as well as a raffle at Rock Bottom Brewery in downtown Seattle. All of the proceeds go to HERA in the fight against ovarian cancer. Come on out, bring some friends, and have a great time!

Hi everyone! Beer: We will $2 pints of Rock Bottom's newly released beer. Please bring cash as Rock Bottom will not accept plastic for the fundraiser. Raffle Tickets: $2 each or 3 tickets for $5. To keep things simple, you (or your friend) has to be present to win. The drawing will start around 7 PM or so. That should give us all some time to drink a few beers first and then try to win some of the cool raffle prizes I hope to see all of you down there, and bring friends! On Wednesday September 10th, we will be showing Dosage V at evo in Fremont. Besides the fantastic movie, there will also be beer provided by Pyramid, free bars from Luna, and hopefully some giveaways as well. $10 suggested donation for HERA Climb for Life.

Thanks to everyone for coming out last night for the first annual Climb for Life pint night! There was a fantastic turn out and when combining the money from beer sales and the raffle, we raised almost $1600 in the fight against ovarian cancer! Right now we are planning on having the raffle start around 6:30, so people that want to see the Feathered Friends slide show can make it up the street. Raffle tickets will cost $2 each or $5 for 3. You must be present to win. With the number of prizes out there, I would say that everyone will have a good chance at winning something Rock Bottom will be providing nice pint glasses for us to use for the event, so you can save your cool glasses for the next PubClub (thanks for the idea Kamchatka) Just a reminder to bring CASH with you as we are taking care of the money (not Rock Bottom) and we have no way to take credit cards.
