Email me for a free lift ticket.......Might make it easy on your "climb".

You'll see lots of folks on skis not because they need them to ascend, but because it's really nice to ski down instead of slog down.

We know better, and know whats up dude, your not talking to newbies.
Try backpacker.com or something......lol
Just kiddin'.......Some one will buy them, just be patient.

Honestly, I'd rather not be roped up at all, some of the yahoo weekend warriors I've met up on the hill are scary as hell!

Used Once (for training), but still new.
Super Light, and strong.
Here's what BD has to say about it:
"
For skiers looking to reduce weight without sacrificing the ability to probe in one to two meters of debris, the Carbon Fiber 230 is our lightest probe for the length. Made from ultralight carbon fiber and a large 13 mm diameter, it’s stiff and highly durable. The six sections are marked every five centimeters and lock instantly into place with our ultra simple QuickDraw mechanism."
Anyway...An awesome lightweight probe which turns over results.
40.00 USD

Use a couple of times and in great working order.
Will SELL for 64.00, however would TRADE for a lighweight canister stove with balls.
Near Olympia.
Here is what the company has to say about it:
"Our most honored stove sets the bar in the industry for performance, durability and quality. The precision simmering control helped it garner countless awards, while the ease-of-use made it a favorite among serious backpackers and outdoor adventurers. Built of stainless steel and brass, the Nova is unrivaled in its ability to cook like a stove should. Not only does this stove burn numerous fuels, it implements some of the most innovative technology in the world. The outcome speaks for itself."

Whatever......lol
It's a great stove, but I happen to own 6 different stoves, and I could use the cash.
Considering the fact that you can buy this thing around a hundred bux and change..I'd say its a fair deal at 64.00 dollars.
Now if you happen to have a SnowPeak Giga Ti stove......then we can talk trade......ya hear?
Anyway.....let me know what you think.....
Cheers....

Well, let me see how I can put this without making it sound like you asked a silly question.
Use what you want. What may be good for one person, will not always be best for the other....Simple.
I prefer skins because I like to ski and get down quicker and enjoy my beer at home sooner........Just personal preference on my part.
BTW.......You will not belay me.

Naming a Mountain after a human has to be one of the most pretentious and hubristic acts on earth. And the idea of renaming a peak after Fred Beckey ? Give me a fuckin' break.
Ditto.....
