Yeah, google BD for their 800 # and call. I busted one of the lower legs on one of their poles awhile back. I called BD and explained what happened (even mentioning that it was my fault, not a flaw in the pole) and they sent me not one, but two new lower legs, free... like overnight. Awesome customer service.
