  3. I want to buy a set of twin ropes. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which ones to purchase? I want to use them for ice climing and alpine routes. Thanks for the beta!!

  6. Lost a Metolious #5 power cam on the north face wall just below the 5.11a finger crack yesterday 9/19/05 The cam also has a BD neutrino carabineer attached. If anyone found it and wants to give it back that would be great!! PM me if you have info, thanks!!

  9. Avitripp I am currently going to school down here in Salem, but I live in the great state of Alaska. There are more hikes, and climbs to do and I dont even know where to start. There is some good stuff to climb in the Alaksa range in July, what grade are you looking for? I am looking at climing Peak 11,300 or Huntington in the End of June or Early July...... I also want to climb Mt. Redoubt(across the inlet from Anchorage. Another good web page is www.alaskamountainforum.com great people and great help. Daniel Harro PM if you have any more questions slash want to climb or hike when you are in AK. I will be up their in early June.

  11. The ice is FAT!! I climbed G1 and G2 this past week, 3/22-25. There is still 3 feet of snow and cold weather at night. The is going to be around for awile. I also talked to some guys who climbed in the Twin Fall area and it fantastic!! I hope your trip goes well!! Oh and the road conditions are fine, I did get stuck in my 4-runner, but it is because I went off the road...opps....you will be fine. Have fun!!
