  2. eVENT seems to be really big in europe. A lot of companies over there use it in their jackets and pants. Does anyone know why U.S. companies are not really using it yet other than integral designs,F.F and any others i have missed? I have read a lot of really good reviews on the stuff and i am going to test out the integral designs coat tomorrow to see if it works as well as they say.
  3. i admit i was involved with an attempt at making one of these work. NOT WORTH THE TIME. We spent hours building the igloo and couldnt get the top of the igloo to work. It would be cool if it was easier and you were making one for your kids or something. Use a tent.
  4. Another thing to think about is that when you start to train really hard your body craves food. I have found that it is easier for me to gain weight when i am lifting a lot and doing cardio because i crave food a lot more. 6 meals a day is definaly the way to go. It keeps you a lot leaner then if you ate the same amount of calories over three meals. Also if it is too hard to not eat the snack food dont buy it. Sometimes the best way to lose weight is by not giving yourslef the option to indulge.

  15. They should also recall all of their ICE 9 boots while they are at it. I went through two pairs before i gave up on them. Awsome idea behind the boot too bad the quailty did not match.
