It sounds like you are bolting with these Hanman? What route was that and where? Can you provide more information on your test setup, the rock type and age of these anchors etc. We didn't find any coils in the holes and after 1/2 turn these slipped out by hand. Hilti recommends them for non permanent installations and indoor conditions. -Fastening braces to support tilt-up and formwork - Non-specified, temporary fastenings Please do not bolt with non stainless steel equipment and follow the current ASCA practices and recommendations. Just because you did not find the coil in the hole does not mean they were not in there. I am an eye witness to those bolts being placed. They had a coil sleeve.....

Man do I miss Beacon. Hell I miss any kind of rock climbing. But I am hoping my injury will be healed enough to climb there before the closure. Last time I climbed anything was Oct 5th. Did young warriors then a couple days later I go down with a serious knee injury. I miss beacon. See you soon.

It requires gear unless you like ground fall potential or like to solo it. I added a bolt where there was absolutely no gear.

There is a great way to go to the right of the usual way. There is a bolt without a hanger on it. Goes about 5.8. Better rock.

Great weather for climbing last night. It is surprising to me that there are not more climbers there every single evening. Saw kenny and crew .....otherwise had the place to ourselves. Did SB to Blowout and up and over with arent. Amazing place to climb at.

I have added one bolt to the lower half of Sweeping Beauty. There is no more ground fall potential. Cheers.

Good to hear it. This morning the ranger on the phone stated they spoke about it earlier and knowbody knew when it would open.

Called the ranger station this morning and spoke with one of the rangers. He did not know when Beacon will open.

Can we all stop goating JH please? Starting with me. Lets talk about Beacon and how incredible the climbing is and the community. Who is climbing what? I still have not heard your opinion on YW? What is the grade? In your opinion?
