  1. Van Halen......you decide.

Got my tickets for the Vancouver show Dec 5th! Row 5 in the lower bowl, right in front of the stage. Hopefully they can stay together and Dave's voice will not crap out before then. Mabye Alex has some new material for his solo but I doubt it.
  2. Bourbon

Give Woodford's a try, it's my second choice next to Knob.
  3. Fighting Music?

"So What" by Metallica (Originally recorded by The Anti-Nowhere League). Great live versions available on YouTube.
  4. An Insult for Every Country

    And Iraq?
  5. Amazing Sunrise Photo

The sun is OK but I like the angle on the Pi Piller better
  6. Learning to Tele / and Tele Setup

And let's add this to the debate:
  7. Preseason stoke!

Gotta buy more p-tex this year!
  8. Preseason stoke!

    Keep it steep this year!
  9. Damn! That's a stout day from the car. I didn't see anything that looked as hard as WI4, but then again we made a hasty exit to climber's right at mid-height.
  10. Cool! I seem to remember someone mentioning a new spur from Hwy 99 near the dirt bike track that would make accessing the area between Moe and Currie easier, not sure if it's built yet?
  11. winter stokey

Looks like the east side of Tomyhoi. Gotta ski that north face one day!
  12. [TR] Vayooooo - 8/23/2007

    Wicked new avatar, Jordon! (Smokey!)
  13. Saw this picture of the Dyke on a hiking website, it was taken this spring (around mid May). Pretty big snow blocks, lots of creepage.
  14. [TR] Mt Robson - attempt 8/17-23/2007

I agree with the ranger. But nice pics!
  15. Right on! I've seen QB while skiing on the Homathko but haven't touched it (yet). That summit cornice/serac is intense when viewed from the North!
  16. Peaks you can't do in a day

Can one do Jack in a day? Seems pretty remote...
  17. The New Medium Grade for Climbers

Agreed. I'd say the average alpine grade is thus "mid-fifth" given the increasing number of people in the mountains over the years.
  18. The New Medium Grade for Climbers

I like skiing. No grades to worry about. Just turns!
  19. Alpine Heat this weekedn 14/15

True, but a gentlemen always wears his best outfit for leisure activities.
  20. Alpine Heat this weekedn 14/15

    Word. No bugs there!
  21. TRAILER PARK BOYS

Why did I post that twice?!? If you're new to the show, it gets better. In season 4 there's an episode where Bubbles befriends a mountain lion that's addicted to pot because it's been living in one of their dope plantations.
  22. TRAILER PARK BOYS

That's my fravourite episode of all. "Is that what it's really like living in Canada?" As Bubbles says, does the tin man have a sheet metal cock?!? Gotta go, Grade 11 is stressing me out, it's way fucking harder than grade 10.

  24. I think the bluff in question is below the N Face of Ledge in the picture below, not mine but widely available:
