condition of the ascenders?

I was there for the first time 2 weeks ago. I have to say that it is the best maintained climbing area I've been to, even better than rocky butte!

I'm out for today, going hiking at Silver Creek Falls with the G/f.

I'm in. I'll have gear/rope with me if needed.

I use ICDsoft.com . I have had zero issues in 3 years, and they seem to have lots of easy breezy stuff on their control panel. Reasonable at about $70 a year.

Good to hear. I haven't been up there for a few years, but frenchs dome was always a nice escape on a hot summer day. The hill was slipping away in a few places, so this should be good all around.

Somehow I have managed to collect a few boots, and need to get rid of them. Vasque Ice 9000, size 11.5, worn on ONE dry tooling route to see if they fit for me, and no, they do not. Like new with box. The liners have been molded once, but can be remolded for you. $250? OBO La Sportiva K4s, size 45. Worn up hood ONCE, heal fit was terrible for me, and have pretty much sat ever since. Nealy new, the laminate is seperating a bit on the tounge of one boot, but it in no way affects anything. $200? OBO La Sportiva Cobra rock shoes. size 46. I wore these indoors for a few months and found a different pair that fit better. The uppers and rands are perfect, with a tiny bit of seperation on the left one. $25 OBO. Alpinist 19, still in wrapper. I ended up with a store boutgh copy, and my subscription kicked in on the same issue. $10 shipped, or trade for Numbers 0,1,2,3,5,8,9,10,13, or 15 I'm kind of flexible with price at this point.

I can yell really loud. Does that count as an other comparable device? In the end, I'll be the first to say this bill as enacted is pretty tame. The problem is the precident that it sets, and the knee jerk enviroment that it got enacted in. Its pretty stupid as is, and I'm sure few people will go along with it, but it could have been passed as origonally written, which was way over the top.

3 times? Shitty. Mine did the screwed-up-monitor-thing last month, just like it did when the logic board failed. So mine maybe a problem again soon. Oh well, it's slow as shit compared to new stuff now. 5 years is like 95 in computer years.

I had the same problem with my Ibook G3. When I took it in for repair, the place sent it back to apple to get the logic board replaced for FREE. I had it for at least a year at that time, don't know exatly when it happenend. And I didn't have the extended warantee either, so I have no idea why the repair was free. I took it to Power Macs in Lake Oswego(near PDX) and they did the rest. Hope this helps someone. Troy
