  1. I have a '95 Toyota Tacoma Truck with extended cab, 2 wd, Line-x bed liner, grey color, cruise control - with 145,000 communting miles on it that I would like to sell. Truck is in really good condition, recent tune-up, new window, tires, shocks....everything. Would like to get $5,500 for it. Can I justify posting it on this forum by saying that it is great for hauling gear? shawnhinz@yahoo.com

  9. These are brand new, in box, 2004 Fritschi FreeRide Randonee bindings in the regular length (fits men's boot sizes 6-12). The bindings come with the regular size brakes (fit skis up to 83mm at the waist) and I am also selling with these the additional wide brakes (fit skis from 83mm to 100mm at the waist). The bindings are DIN rated from 4 to 12 (highest of any AT binding) with independent heel and toe release mechanisms. Compatible with AT and Alpine boots. Includes all mounting hardware and original paperwork. These retailed at 285.00 for the bindings and 48.00 for the additional XL brakes. I would part with them for $250 or best offer. shawnhinz@yahoo.com
  10. Sounds like a sweet set-up, you use these for racing or climbing/ski descents?
  11. I think Erik was talking about those new fancy digital beacon cameras. They automatically start taking photos once an avalanche starts and then are uploaded directly to MTV Say What?

  18. I have a brand new pair of Fischer Alpine Tour Lite Randonnee Skis - 188 cm with Silvretta 500 EasyGo Bindings (6-10 boot size) that I would like to sell for $350. I will also throw in some well used BD skins with the deal. Email me at shawnhinz@yahoo.com Description of the skis: The Fischer Hitrax has an ultra-lightweight AirCore construction and plenty of side cut to give a lightweight touring ski that performs well with free-ride style floatation in deep snow. Its big sidecut will carve in softer snows, even at higher speeds, and its soft flex (and big dimensions) will float over most anything. This ski is perfect for powder hounding, mountain cruising, or for those who want a more forgiving ski for all mountain performance. Description of bindings: The 500 is the most versatile AT Binding available on the market today. Its unique toe/heel bail combination make it compatible with virtually any boot-AT, alpine, tele, mountaineering, be it leather or plastic. Bomb-proof design and construction have made it a favorite of ice climbers and mountaineers for years.
  19. Somone burned a friends truck a few years ago in the basin while they were out climbing. By the time they got back it was totally smoked. There seems to be some wierd cult crap going down - anyone remember the cult that was going around sucking farm animals blood in the area?
