We must put an end to this sort of civilized discourse lest we tarnish the reputation of cc.com.

It suggests to me that people are using "snapshot in time" information to make definitve conclusions about historical trends that may not be supported by reality. Of course, I would be the first to admit that reality is overated but...comeon, do you really expect me to ride a bus? What would I do with the beemer? Do you know how long it took me to get the right climbing stickers in just the right place to get chicks to notice!?!?! Sheeesh.

Just go ahead and plunk down the 40 bucks and get it over with. I've got the .9ltr Evernew, works fine. But pretty much use just the MSR teapot, much smaller but fits the pocket rocket's burn area better and melts snow just about as fast as you could in a bigger pot. Just trying to be helpful, but you can spank me too if you want.

If I remember correctly it was the Teamsters Union (traditional Demo consitutuency) that put the full court press on the Demo Black Caucus to come up with the votes to make drilling ANWR happen. And if it's good good for these two bedrock Democratic constituencies then it must be good Democratic Party policy, right? I almost went with them but the weight and Tuas rep for butter smooth turns got me on the 112s. The Tua's are everything they were cracked up to be (smooooth) but I bet the stiffness and weight of the xx's or xxx's would make them better performers on lift served, hard crud, and at speed. For issues of weight, I still sometimes wonder if I should have gone with the 110s - I think you may be on to something regarding the xx's vs. xxx's.

I also spend a fair amount of time on lifts, and try as I might, can't seem to shake the "need for speed". I'm currently wrestling with that and getting a hardcore GS setup, or continuing on in slow mo by getting into that silly tele thing. Good time of year for bargains.

Why not get the vestibule for the single wall? Single walls save alot of weight and are just generally all around cool, which is the most important thing anyway.

Would "safe sex" be synonomous with "pulling on plastic"?

It could really neutralize that hot button issue of "bolting cracks" too.
