Whoa I havent posted here in a few years...I was buisy partying but now Im back in school and ready to get back to the mounatains... and Im almost 21...lol anyway its nice to be back peace to all! Oh and I moved from crappy Bremerton to Oregon!! woop!

Yea...You would love the olympics... they were my backyard in Bremerton for 20 years! I love the remoteness of them.

Hiked in to Lake Ann on Saturday. Lake Frozen still. Camping spots. High clouds on Saturday.. Clouds cleared about 6:30.. About 9:30 hell begins. Clouds come up the valley. We went to sleep at 10. well tried.. CLouds cleared through out the night. SOmetime during the morning I hear the rain start and dosent stop for awhile. We pack up and leave. So thats all.. I guess it was expected. oh well next weekend.

Whats the approach like to Lake Anne? Im going up there for the first time tommrow. Hope the weather is good.

I saw you guys pulling up from a little bit below the chute to the false summit. good job.. I heard a Wohoo and saw a camera flash.

I just arrived back from my buddies house. I went up the CAscadian Coulouir. HIked in yesterday, climbed and hiked out today. Im to tired right now to post anything about it. But if you want any beta just ask me. PS the hike out sucks ass.

Oh yes.. And how much crevasse danger is there on this route?

What would be a good 2-3 day climb to take my dad on. He has lots of hiking experiance but has never climbed. What would be a good climb to take him on that is not to boring but not to difficult either. Im looking for alpine or glacier climbs.Any Suggestions? Chris

What route on the North Side of the mountain has the crashed plain on it? One of my freinds had climbed the route and was thinking about it.

Anyone have any beta on Stuart conditions. Such as the approach. Im looking to head up there the weekend after next. Probaly doing Cascade Couloir or maybe Ice Cliff Glacier (depends on who comes). Thanks. Chris

Nope I havent seen anyone ski Washington. But Ive heard of it being done. I should be going up there Next weekend. If I do Ill tell you the conditions, if you dont check for yourself.

Wow they just said that Liberty Ridge was there first climb on Mt. Rainier.
