Happened to us once at Moab, above Potash Rd. We were scoping out a route to climb and *BAM* a chute opens up about 500ft straight above us! I know there is a popular Jeep trail up there, my first thought was that it was a Jeep, rectangular shape of chute. Which way do we run! Scared the crap out of us! Luckily all four landed safely on the road.

Very well put rob! I remember the CC on Stuart being a loose dustfest when I did it in July 2003. Especially on the way down. Another good day trip might be Three Fingers. A little more variety than Pugh.

Fred is pretty hard of hearing, I guess that explains why he didn't acknowledge my "Howdy" along the trail as I was leaving Exit 38 that day.
