  1. i think that a new route is a new route and unless it doesnt qualify as climbing, it should be recorded by anymeans, internet or book, so other climbers can use it as a resource.
  2. thanks. do you have any pics of the route?
  3. did you belay any pitches? or use a running belay, or did you even rope up?

  7. do you think there is a possiblity for any climbing up there for instance eldorodo's east ridge? that really surprising the lack of snow we have had this session Aidan
  8. has anyone been climbing up in the cascade pass area lately/ any route you suggest? Aidan
  9. i bought a pair of BP's in september off of mountain gear they are on were (and still are) on sale for 179$ the weight isssue between the shrikes and BP is 2 oz. now usually the tools will be in your hands and not on your back so it does make a whole lot of diffrence, anyway i love my tools they sink with the flick of a wrist and plus my hands never get cold carrying them(the rubber coated shaft, which also creates ZERO vibration) if you are still looking to buy i know its kinda late but mountain gear still has the BP's for sale and its a great deal Aidan
  10. does anybody have any beta on the north face of Red?
