  1. Right on. Thanks for the photos. What a great mountain! Love the forest pic as well.
  2. After several years, made a slight upgrade to the format of my website. Hopefully it looks better! Enjoy. http://www.cascadecrusades.org Jason...
  3. Dang, I sat home. I'm kicking myself in the butt. The weather looked worse there than elsewhere. Nevertheless, thanks for sharing the stoke. Both those routes are great. Perhaps I will have to go do ulrich's if the weather is bad elsewhere.
  4. Like I said before, way to get up in there. You guys are killing it in the Stuart Range!
  5. Thanks forest and lowell, thanks for the inspiration. Here's a taste of a few pics. I have over a 1000 and haven't even begun to look at them all. Ha. But I think my 14 lbs of camera gear was worth it! Well, it was lightened since I lost my night photography gear. If you are in McMillan Cirque, I'd be stoked if you'd pick it up (kidding, but serious it's next to this boulder where I slept. It can't be too hard to find, right ).
  6. This is very unfortunate to hear. Sympathies to family and friends!
  7. Right on. I do like that lookout. I was just staring at your night photography of Three Fingers Lookout (very cool stuff). Over the weekend, headed up there for some skiing. I'll tell you what, three fingers lookout is wayyyyy more snowed in, but very cool nevertheless. The times I've been to winchester it's been buried over the roof. Doesn't look like much snow there now. Sure nice not to dig so much I bet. Oh, the night time views from three fingers over the weekend were awesome as well!
  8. This is very sad news. It is always terrible to see anyone lose their lives, no matter the circumstance, but when it is the passing away and/or missing of mountain brethren, it is made all the more difficult. Best wishes from Tacoma to all family and friends.
  9. Wait for lowwwww snow to get up there. You are pretty much starting from 500 feet (can't remember exactly). You take a turn off a overgrown road and then head straight up, tending slightly climber's left as you get higher, then you hit a pass and drop down to the s pickets. Glad you guys liked that old TR. It was an amazing trip. I want to get back there soon. There's a lot to do out there!
  10. Wow, what a nice grab. Way to get it. Dang, I didn't get far beyond my approach the last few days. I should've thought bigger. Way cool. Definitely love to see pictures.
  11. You certainly didn't waste your time. Way to get out there! Soon it'll be time to get the skis on, and I'll be the brit saying I can't go any further. LOL.
  12. Awesome perspective. Interesting to see how the mountains are laid out. Thanks. Great work!
  13. Awesome country. Thanks for the pics and TR.
  14. Cool map...having just crossed through the Noisy Glacier area last week, I was really surprised how big it was for such a small peak. Very, very cool area.
  15. Wow, that's terrible Steph. I hope all comes out well for everyone in your party.
  16. This was a week and a half ago or so. Route looked great.
  17. Just did that traverse. It was great! I didn't think it was bad, but could've changed fast I guess? Still, if the lake isn't melted out, I see no reason it couldn't be done. Compared to washington standards the travel up there was a piece of cake. TR from my trip. http://www.cascadecrusades.org/skimountaineering/canada/garibalditraverse/garibaldi2009/garibaldi2009.htm I was up there april 28th to may 2nd climbing and skiing.
  18. Very cool. Now if you had each one of those linked to a photo of the mountain and description, that would be rad. Perhaps you should join heads with Scurlock and put something like that together. We would all selfishly enjoy it!!!
  19. A wonderful time. It was great to see a new and interesting area. Dru - yep. Mamquam summits, next to pyramid.
  20. Awesome Dan! Way to kill it. I'm so happy to see that line get skied again. It holds a special place in my heart. This and curtis blow, you're a lucky bastard.
  21. I don't have a set-up yet. Yes, the conditions were great for it! Yes they were...thanks for the boot track ...a most excellent ski. I sure wish that summit had a bit more snow though. Everything else, including the couloir, was a great ski though.
  22. Knowing you guys were up there climbing was brutal. I had a great view from my office window! I really want to ski fuhrer thumb! Nice group pic. Its great you have a new camera, too, dan.
